This Privacy Policy explains how PVland.eu (“PVland”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and our Terms and Conditions.


1. Data Controller

PVland.eu is the Data Controller for all processing related to:

  • user accounts,
  • access to opportunities,
  • LOI exchange,
  • moderation and traceability (including DSA‑required logs),
  • platform security and fraud prevention.

2. Merchant of Record (Independent Controller)

For all paid services (Premium listings, success fees), data related to:

  • billing,
  • payment collection,
  • tax obligations,
  • refunds/chargebacks

is processed by the Merchant of Record (MoR): WE CONSULTING ENTERPRISE HIGH QUALITY SRL, as an independent Data Controller.

PVland does not process payment‑method data.


3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to:

  1. Operate the platform and your account → Contract performance.
  2. Ensure security, anti‑fraud, DSA compliance, logs and controlled access/NDA → Legal obligation / Legitimate interest.
  3. Internal filtering and phased disclosure of opportunities → Contract performance.
  4. Send commercial communications (newsletters, curated opportunities) → Explicit consent, withdrawable anytime.
  5. Non-essential cookies → Explicit consent via banner; strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
  6. Respond to user rights and support requests → Legal obligation / Contract.


4. Data we process

  • Identification data (name, email, phone).
  • Account and profile data (country, investment criteria, configuration).
  • Operational data (LOIs, messages, uploaded documents).
  • Technical data (security/access logs, DSA logs).
  • Billing data processed solely by the MoR.


5. Recipients

  • MoR as independent controller for paid services.
  • PVland’s processors (hosting, analytics, security) under Art. 28 GDPR agreements.
  • Third‑party specialist providers upon user request, under NDA.
  • Authorities when a legal obligation exists.


6. International data transfers

Transfers outside the EEA may occur. PVland applies:

  • 2021 SCCs,
  • Transfer Impact Assessments,
  • Supplementary security measures.

A live list identifies providers, purposes, destination and safeguards.


7. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for service provision, legal compliance or defence of claims.
The MoR retains billing data as required by accounting/tax laws.


8. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

PVland does not activate any non‑essential cookies without explicit consent.

10. Security

We implement advanced security measures (encryption, access controls, monitoring, logs, backups).
We maintain a central incident register and perform notifications within 72 hours when legally required.

  • postal mail where required


12. Age and B2B nature

Users must be of legal age and have legal capacity.
The platform primarily serves professional / B2B users.
